Is StayOps a PMS replacement?+

No. StayOps is the experience and operations layer on top of your PMS. Your PMS handles bookings, calendars, and channel management. StayOps handles everything your PMS doesn’t: direct booking sites, guidebooks, turnover management, vendor coordination, guest messaging, and upsell revenue.

What is a Founding Engagement?+

It’s a one-time consulting engagement where we learn your business, design your system, and build everything custom to your brand and workflow. Think of it as hiring an architect for your STR operations — not buying a template. You get a dedicated build over 3 weeks, not a self-service signup.

Do I need a developer to use StayOps?+

No. We build everything for you during the Founding Engagement. After launch, day-to-day operations (turnover guides, guest messaging, vendor coordination) are managed through the StayOps dashboard — no code required.
